I'd like to draw a product tree (with nodes branching out from a header) in a report. Is that possible? Is there any online reference or anything that I can refer to?

I am not sure , but i remember you can have one lever tree node for Drilldown reports, There is a sample bundled with CR XI just look you will find it.
Hi, I'm very new to Crystal myself but I think, as CaptJack suggests you are looking for a drill down report.
This appears to be done Automatically for you when you are creating the report and opt to summarize your report by different categories, ie; product line, geographical area, etc......
So if for example you decide to bas your report on different Cars models Sold, and your report is set to summarize by Make, then City where sold then Car Dealer you would end up with a report on the screen such as
Ford
Chevy
Volkswagon
Honda
BMW
Then when you click on one of these such as Chevy you would get.
Ford
Chevy
Vancouver
Ontario
Winipeg
Victoria
Volkswagon
Honda
BMW
Then clicking a city you would get.

Ford
Chevy
Vancouver
Ontario
Bill's Chevy Sales
Ted Used Chevy's
Chevys R Us
Winipeg
Victoria
Volkswagon
Honda
BMW

all the while keeping in mind, I haven't sorted them correctly in my example.
So try looking into summarizing your data. I think this will give you what you're looking for.
