Did the stylesheet from ClearInfoBoxStyles() change today?

While working on something unrelated to CSS, my InfoBox styles went haywire. First, they went away completely. Then they came back and are now doing something different every time I referesh the page. I still haven't touched my CSS or JavaScript since this happened. Is there something going on with the VE script, server, etc?
