Ok, so I have a form in groove currently and I am trying to create a sharepoint page that will replicate the functionality. The groove form has several elements that you would see in a database (text, boolean, datetime). I'm brand new to sharepoint, so is there a simple method for creating something like this for sharepoint or will I have to make a page from scratch and add code behind to populate a database? I'm open to any suggestions. Thank you.
