_15780_RTL_x86_enu_NETCF_v2.0.cab File Missing from setup DVD

I'm trying to install Visual Studio 2005. From the original DVD.

But it always aborts with error_15780_RTL_x86_enu_NETCF_v2.0.cab File Missing

Same DVD has worked on my previous PC.

Tried different copy of the DVD with same result.

Copied the DVD to PC and tried install from there, same.

The file is definately not on the disc.

Need help urgently to get this installed on the new PC.

PC is Dell Optiplex 740 with Windows XP Professional
