problems after "My Documents" directory was moved
In our office, the "My Documents" directory is actually located on a network drive. However, all the "My Documents" directories were moved yesterday to a new file server. Now Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server Management Studio are all having all sorts of problems.
It takes a extremely long time for the apps to fire up. Another example is when I simply choose "Open File" in SSMS, and many, many minutes later... an open file dialog finally pops up.
How do we get this resolved?
