Output Tab Window - Build Event Commands - Annoying
Is there anyway to remove this annoying Output window or to set it up to only display errors when compiling/previewing a report?

Is this what you're looking for? Tools -> Options -> Projects and Solutions -> General -> "Show output window when build starts".
