VS 2005 Pro Crash''s just loading. This a new Install on clean XP drive

Hi Team

I had to rebuild a boot drive. Windows XP Media Center. After loading windows and doing all updates I loaded VS Pro 2005. then Added SP1 and when I start up Visual Studio it loads up and about 5 seconds later it just disappares - Crashs. You can not load any projects as it is not on the screen for long enought

I hope some can HELP - ASAP as I have work to do.

PS I have uninstalled and reloaded 2 times. BUT this did not help.
