One user of my Visual Studio 2005 addin has reported that under Vista the addin fails to get OnEnterBreakMode events:

Unfortunately I have no access to Vista at this time to test it. Is there a known problem with events on Vista?

Hi Ivo,
As far as I know, there are no such issues on Vista, and I've test the code on my vista machine and find no problems. I'm using Visual Studio 2005 with SP1 and vista update pack. And I tested the code both in UAC enabled mode and UAC disabled mode.
And if you found problems in the future, please make sure that you have applied VS 2005 SP1 and the Vista update pack.
