Recovery password in starter site

hi,

In commerce server 2007 starter site,while sending new password to user mail id,
i want to edit subject,body message details.In Recovery password page,these details are not
present,where I can see the mail details(ie sending username and password) page.

Can you give me some suggestions for fixing these problems.
