Issue with UNB3_1 and UNB2_1

I am usingMicrosoft.BizTalk.Edi.BaseArtifacts.dll reference in an orchestration to set the EDI context properties. But UNB3_1 and UNB2_1 context properties are not available instead Unb31 and Unb21 are available. Where as in send port filters UNB3_1 and UNB2_1 are available, but no Unb31 and Unb21.. Are they both same?
