WHICH ASSEMBLY OR REFERENCE NEED OF FOR ORCAS VB 2008 PROJECTS ?

My programs can not install into another machine,if it has not got VB Program.How can I realise it ?

You need the .Net 3.5 framework installed on the other computer. you can get it at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=d2f74873-c796-4e60-91c8-f0ef809b09ee&displaylang=en
