Silverlight bugs

Will you guys setup a bug forum similar to the oneNikhil Kothari has for Script#?

I had a problem installing Silverlight SDK on Windows Server 2003. Everytime I try to install the VS project template it tells me that I don't have the requirements installed but I have everything installed (VS 2005 SP1, WPF/e SDK, WPF/e browser plugin, .NET Framework v3.0). It works fine on my Vista Machine, but for some reason can't get it to install on Server 2003.
