what is the process to do how to integrate BizTalk server2006 and sharepoint portal server

You can integrate BizTalk and WSS (Windows SharePoint Services) using the SharePoint adapter. For BizTalk 2006 only WSS V2 is supported. For BizTalk 2006 R2 WSS V2, WSS V3 and MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) are supported.
In terms of how to integrate BizTalk and WSS:
1. Install the SharePoint Adapter on the WSS machine(s)
2. Create RecLoc/SendPort using SharePoint Adapter, pointing to WSS document libraries/lists.
The walkthroughs from BizTalk Server documentation (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa578311.aspx) are a very good starting point.
