Using VS Studio .NET vs. VS Studio .NET 2003 w/ Pocket PC TaskVision Client

I am new to programming with mobile applications and wanted to know if there are any issues that would come up when modifying and recompiling the taskvision client application with VS Studio.NET with the compact framework 1.1 installed vs. using VS Studio .NET 2003?

Also I assume I would still need to install the mobile internet toolkit since VS Studio .NET does not have native support for mobile programming like VS Studio .NET 2003 does.

Also what is the difference between the ASP .NET mobile controls built in to the compact framework 1.1 and the mobile internet toolkit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
