I am looking for an Ad-Hoc Query Tool to add to an application I am developing. My users need a way to visualy create queries and save them for futute use. Here are the specs:

- Work with SQL Server databases
- Look and feel similar to MS Access or SQL Server Enterprise Manager query tool
- Ability to save the query text to a database table so queries can be shared between users
- Open previously saved queries
- Add, Update, Delete records (single table queries)

I don't want to spend time rolling my own. I also do not want to use Access as a front end for this part of the app, just another app to maintain and you have to copy the file to everyone else to share the queries developed.

Does anyone know of such a tool or has developed their own or knows how to include the SQL EM tool?
