Can you take a look at the logs in your %temp% folder and paste the data here?

Look for dd_vsinstall80* and find 1603 in the file. Then cut-n-paste the lines above it in a reply.

Also, look at the VSMSI* log and look for "return value 3". Cut and paste the lines above it as well to help us debug the problem.
