Media Foundation docs fail to display

When trying to access the Media Foundation docs in the SDK help all you get is a bunch of script errors and no content.

The online version of the SDK docs still seem to be for the Sep CTP release and there is no documentation entry for Media Foundation.

Is there a way to fix the script errors in the SDK help? Or at least bring the online versions up to date with the Dec CTP release and have those work without script errors?

Or do we have to wait for the next CTP/SDK release?

Sorry to hear you are having problems viewing SDK documentation. Can you tell me which version of which SDK you are having the problems with? Is it the December CTP of the Windows SDK?

Thanks!

Yes, the Dec SDK installed on Windows Vista Dec CTP.

And as I mentioned the online version of the SDK doesn't appear to help since it's still the Sep version of the SDK and appears to have no content on the new Media Foundation stuff.

Yep--we are working with MSDN right now to get the online docs updated with the December CTP data.

We're looking into you issue and hopefully will have some information for you today.

Thanks!

Okay thanks. As long as the online version on MSDN is brought up to date then it isn't a real train smash if some sections of the offline SDK content doesn't work since I have a permanent internet connection.

The December CTP documentation is now online at:

http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/library/

These are pre-release documentation and a long way from being complete, so you may not find everything you are looking for. We will update again for Beta 2.
