Preset Expiration Date

I am trying to preset the Expiration Date (on the Payment Type Screen in the starter site) to the current Year + 1. I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. Right now it currently pops up 01 for the Month and 2007 for the year.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
