Silverlight RC1 Won''t Install

It claims "Your browser/operating system configuration is not supported" when using IE7 on an XP SP2 machine with .NET 2 and 3 installed.

I had previous instances of WP/E from February and a previous install of Silverlight both of which I uninstalled before trying to install Silverlight 1.0. So again, all I have installed right now is the two releases of the framework 2 and 3.
