app name couldn''t modification chinese

Now ,I modifications in the msgrp2p.xml name node

and in my code
I added a code snippet to return chinese name
function overrides MSNSLPGetAgentMainP4ApplicationName()
return "机器人"
and now I couldn't to open the p4, this is debug info:User could not accept invitation to open.
who can tell me why?
I don't think there is a workaround for this, as it looks like we have to fix it in our product.
Could you please let me know:
1. Why is a Chinese name is needed for the Activity app name? What exactly is the scenario?
2. Assuming that you can't use a English name for your activity name, when is the latest that you would need to have this functionality?
As you can imagine, we have competing priorities and it would be helpful to know where this one fits. Detailed answers to the above two questions will really help us out.

the reason is :
1 Now we use Windows live agent to develop for chinese customer , the customer's requirement is the application's name must be chinese , and If we use english ,so the bot invite messenger's user ,he sees the name and when accept ,the activity name is not the same as the conversation apperas. so the chinese customer can't bear!!
2 The first agent will be online in 1st Sept. So We have liittle time.

I see the reasons for your request, but unfortunately there is nothing that we can do in the timeframe that you need (about one week). I have filed this as a bug and we will get to it as soon as possible.
I'm sorry I don't have a more satisfying answer. It looks like a English name for the Activity will have to do for now.
