BizTalk R2 ESB CTP1 Configuration - SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 or higher is required

Has anyone tried installing BizTalk R2 ESB CTP1 yet? I am running into a strange issue when configuring the BizTalk Group feature. The error is below.

My SQL server is on a separate machine (SQLDB01). It has SQL Server 2005 Dev. Ed with SP2.

My BizTalk server is also on a separate machine (BTSR2CTP01). I have successfully installed the BizTalk R2 ESB CTP1 bits but I keep getting stuck with the error below during configuration.

SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 or higher is required on SQLDB01.

BUTTONS:

OKWhy is it complaining that I must have SP2 or higher? Any ideas?
