Problem with dll....

I've got a serious problem here.. when i'm trying to install some programs, google earth for example, tha following apearrs:"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.The application will not run properly.the relocation occurred beacause the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll accupied an addess range reserved for Windows system DLLs.The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL". How can I solve this problem?

Ok. Here is what you do. The problem is related to an XP security update (KB925902). To fix it open control panel, then Add or Remove Programs, then at the top make sure the "show updates" checkbox is checked, then search through the list and look for that security update (KB925903). Once you've found it remove it and restart your machine. Now when you restart XP is going to try to install that update again so you'll need to not do the automatic updates or you'll have the same problem over and over again.
