On that page, if you look just under the heading "Colloquis SDK" you should see a link that says "download now" for version 4.2.0.1221.

If you've had access in the past to the SDK then you should still have it. However, the SDK is not yet public though there may be some spaces left. Please see:

We are planning to have a public SDK release soon at which point all will be able to download and use it. It's really great that you are excited to use it as we are very eager to release it

I have had access to the SDK in the past. I have been a user of Buddyscript since 2003, but I don't see the SDK download link. My Buddyscript account is registered to lev@campusfood.com.

I made a mistake - even if you have had access in the past and are interested in the SDK right now - you have to follow the instructions here:
