Windows System 32

My computer opens with the Windows Explorer C:\WINDOWS\sYSTEM32\* IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. (TWO POP UPS) Then the window opens with all the system 32 file folders. How do I close this file so that it doesn't open every time I start my computer?
