Business desk client Profile search not returning any records in some machines

Hi,

I have installed my business desk in two machines for testing,In that the profile search is working fine in one machine but not working in another machine,its not returning any profiles data.Have any one encountered these type of problem?

I would be thankful if any one provide me the solution.
