Helpdesk Portal Integration into Sharepoint

I am looking for a solution that would allow for our Sharepoint server to have a helpdesk application look and feel. Can anyone recommend applications that tie into Sharepoint that would allow me to track calls, provide possible tie-in to Quickbooks for billing and other IT helpdesk related features with relation to reporting?

Sure do a search on the web for SharePoints Fabulous 40 Templates. There is a helpdesk template in that you may find usefull.

These mostly appear to be for Sharepoint Services 3.0. Not Office 2007 Sharepoint.. Does that matter?

WSS 3.0 remember is the base platform remember for MOSS 2007. These will and do work fine in either a pure WSS Farm or MOSS Farm. There really isnt a difference in this situation.
