Iam novice to BizTalk, can any one help me out plz.
my Question : when i try to open Orchestration page in my project, it is simply Closing the entire solution.
What could be the reason? Greatful to the help

I've seen this before. Shutdown all instances of VS, then try opening the solution again. Rebooting helped in my case, not sure of what the cause was.
Yeah, my experience is also that Visual Studio sometimes crashes when developing in Biztalk.
I don't know what is causing it, but after Visual Studio restarts everything works fine again.
If that isn't the case, maybe you should reinstall the Biztalk templates for Visual Studio (start Biztalk installation and then remove/add the developer tools).
