desktop: right click, properties window - size

Hi everybody,

Yesterday, I installed Windows XP Telugu language pack (LIP). When I right click on desktop and go to properties, the window is only half visible and I am not able to access all the properties because of this. How to increase this window size and access all the controls?

How to solve this problem?
