Does anyone know how to convert a .jpeg file to a word document?

At best you can create a word document and embed the image in it.. (searching the web for: "c# create word document and embed image" will probably give you resources that show you how to do that)

Microsoft has provided a tool named ‘Microsoft Office Document Imaging’. You can use this tool to get text from an image. Check the following page:
