Resource editor and macros for the Windows API in 2008 Express?

The last 12 years I have used VC++ 6 and I like it.
However, it is no longer supported by Microsoft, so I moved a few projects over to VC++ 2005 Express and experienced very few porting problems.

However, when I started a new project I discovered that VC++ 2005 Express did not support resource editing and macros (these are supported by VC++ 6 of course).

Will VC++ 2008 Express support these?

Hope so, since in my opinon, 'hobbyists' and students need these.

Nope. However, a free resource editor is available at resedit.net, and does a better job than the Microsoft Resource Editor, in my opinion. I don't know about a macro editor.
