I have downloaded VPC of Rosario and have started working on it. I have not found a link anywhere to download only the client installables so that I can install them on a separate machine and try it out.
Are the client installables published separately for Aug. CTP?
Subodh - we have not released a separate, installable version of the TFS client. For now, I suppose you could run the VPC image on multiple machines and connect to a common TFS server. Remember however that we don't support migrating data from this version to future releases so your usage of the system should be exclusively for evaluation and feedback purposes.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason that there were only VPC images released? I would love to evaluate but I can't get clearance to install a VPC to run it.

By releasing only VPC images, we limit the amount of installation and configuration testing that we need to do before releasing the Rosario CTPs. In addition, the current version of the product does not play well with beta versions of VS2008 since they're being developed in parallel. As soon as VS2008 ships, we'll be able to lock those components down and deliver Rosario on top of VS2008 installs.
I'm surprised to hear that there are restrictions to running VPCs within your company. Is this a common situation? What's the rationale behind the policy? Is there anything we can do with the VPCs to make them acceptable?
