XP strange behavior

This forum is for developers of the software that they request assistance with. If this is the only place you have asked this question then you probably won't get the best answer. My guess is that you have asked this question in many other places too and it is likely that if there is an answer it will be duplicated in the other places too. It is a therefore likely a waste of time for someone to help here; you really need to use the support options (newsgroups and such) that Microsoft provides. Or probably you need to contact Dell. You say the strange behaviors are new; perhaps you need to contact whoever or whatever changed your system.
