Outlook / VBA Problem

I am trying to open an Outlook e-mail message from an Access solution using VBA code. The machine in question is networked to a server where the Access solution is installed. The machine has Outlook 2003 installed and can run Outlook 2003 normally. However, when the VBA code runs from Access; the following error message appears:

"Problem with Outlook Application 48 Error in loading DLL"

The code works perfectly on another machine that is also networked to the same server.

Any help / insight will be most appreciated.
