When my relying party call Cardspace, I want that the user give his Card by the insertion of a Token in his computer. But i actually don't know how to do that, and I'm looking for a documentation or someone who can help me on this problem.

Our Sample Simple-STS actually has examples of how to generate a certificate backed managed card:

Certificates actually refer to both software certificates and smartcard certificates.
You will probably want to modify SampleCards\FabrikamCertificate.ini under the [Credentials] label so that the certificate thumbprint matches the smartcard you want to use.
I think I need to become clearer on my question.
I need to save (or export) my information card on a USB Device (or SmartCard).
Then, when the Relying Party call Cardspace user interface, there is no information Card available on Cardspace. At this step the user has to plug-in the device containing the user's information Cards, and i would like these information Cards to be loaded automatically in CardSpace.
