Detecting IE Events – no humans allowed

The issue is with detecting events in IE.

A page is in a frameset being served from an Echelon iLon Internet server (http://www.echelon.com/products/cis/). The page’s text inputs are refreshed on an interval with data from the iLon. There is no human interaction with this interface.

I’m not able to determine how to capture this update event so that I can write code to react to it.
