Do VB Express Orcas support remote publish?

i try to publish my application to a remote web site, but failed with error "The components for communicating with FrontPage Server Extension are not installed".

while the publishing to that Website from VSTS works fine.

do the express edition support remote publishing? or, do i need to install any patch?
