Corrupted Error Report?

Hello

Whenever computer recovers from a serious error after restarting the Windows error report is corrupted so I get this message in the Explorer responds page,

“Corrupted Error Report

Unfortunately, the error report you submitted is corrupted and cannot be analysed. Corrupted error reports I rare. They can be caused by hardware or software problems, and they usually indicate a serious problem with your computer.”

I was wondering if this was a problem with my installation of XP?I was using style XP but I have now removed that programme as well as Magic ISO/CD as this was causing my operating system to intermittently not detect my SATA hard drives and since they have been removed the blue screens of death and the error reporting have dropped dramatically. However I do get the occasional error reporting message even when windows shuts down normally and restarts with no apparent issues so I want to get down to the bottom find his corrupted error reports are being generated?

Any help appreciated

Are you getting corrupted file reports now that you have removed the problematic software?

This usually tends to be Hardware related (disk going bad, invalid BIOS settings, etc). This could also be software related if you have some software that impersonates a device.
