Windows Vienna || Vienna Meaning

It is in the news that Windows Vienna is the new coming version for the windos after Vista. But the meaning of the Vienna as per the dictionary is:

VIENNA is the capital and largest city of Austria; located on the Danube in northeastern Austria; was the home of Beethoven and Brahms and Haydn and Mozart and Schubert and Strauss.

I am fairly sure that Windows 95 was code named Chicago. Maby they are bored of thinking of things so they use the names of citys.
