cl.exe returns -1073741800, PRJ0002

I've was recently been given an MSDNAA licence. And since then, my nightmares started.
Every little peace on any program I try to compile returns me -1073741800(0x000018), a PRJ0002 from cl.exe.
I've allready tried to reinstall Express edition, install Pro edition but nothing works.
All so, depends.exe tells me cl.exe charges user32.dll in ram and MPR.dll has a problem or somthing. I got the error :

Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.

I've allready tried to remplace some dll's suspicious to create the problem, but it still persists
