Custom Project Creation Wizards / Summary Page

I have successfully created multiple project creation wizard plug-ins. For things like Source Control Structure, additional permissions / alerts, copying check in policies. There are some decisions the user makes on the wizard pages.

The last page of project creation gives a summary of the information collected during project creation and gives the user an opportunity to go back. How do you add text to that summary page showing the information collected in the custom wizards?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
