Printing in exact size with local reports.

Hi,

I am using the method "printing local report without preview". I set the size of the body to 8.5in x 11inch and all margin to zero. The print-out is for fitting in windowed envelope.

When I print it to Adobe PDF virtual printer, I get a PDF with the exact size as in the Visual Studio and I can print to a laserjet to get the output I want.

However, when I print directly to a HP laserjet printer (different models) the output is off the paper. Everything on the printed page seems a little bigger than the PDF way.

Is this a known issue or just my setting? I already go through all setting include every line of the rdl xml with no luck.
