Importing data from Microsoft Access to Microsoft Word

To anyone who can help

Is there anyway that data from an access/sql query can be imported straight into Microsoft Word without losing the formating that has been set up in access.

Hi Mark,

The support engineer needs to know if you are planning for any reporting like mail merge, or simple data copy and paste? And, he also needs to know which version of Office you are using.
