What code would use if you wanted view, edit and save a binary file (Sega Genesis/Megadrive roms). To be a little more specific say if I wanted to edit data from address 42DE0 to 42DF0 what code would I use if was using a button, an openfiledialog and textbox or some other thing to view the data.
