I am trying to include a merge modules (abc.msm) into a VB project (Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition). Following the instructions in "How to: Create or Add a merge module project", I use File > Add > Existing project, but there is no support for merge modules in the File of types box.

I then try to create a merge module project by File > Add > New Project. But there is no Other Project Types can be found in the Project Types pane.

Is there anyone who knows why and how to fix my problem. Your help is highly appreciated.
