how to open a specified tabPage from another windows forms?!

im new at c#, and im now develping a program and im using some tabControls with multi tabpages on it...
well, here's my question:

i have a MainForm, and i have several buttons but i dont have any tabcontrol in this form...
i want to open a new form, (ScndForm) but i want to open the tabpage3, not the tapage1, wich happens when i show the ScndForm...
Can anyone help me?!
