Using Visual Studio Team System Web Access we create a bug or an issue.

I then click on this issue/bug (which opens in a new window - call this Window #1) and select "Tools" - "Report View" (which opens another new window - call this window #2) and rather then displaying the formatted text we get to see the HTML tags with the plain text.

If I view the ext in Window#1, it is formatted and displayed correctly.
It is only when we click "Tools" - "Report View" to export this to PDF, that the text is displayed with HTML tags rather then formatted text.

I can also export this report to Excel or PDF ("Select Format and Export) and again the HTML tags are displayed rather then the rich text formatting.
