Found out the hard way.
Data does not get upsized from Access 2000 to Sql express 05.
Just an FYI for anyone out there who might need to upsize Access 2000 Dbs.
I was able to import my Access 2000 tables into SQL Express by using some tool called "SQL Admin Tool" from Simego.com

The free demo lasts for 30 days and I could import what I needed to in less than a minute. ($30 bucks for full license... )

MS released a free separate add-on tool (free) called SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access.
You can get it through the SQL Express Add-on Tools or Service Pack 1, I can't remember which...
