Twain support in Vista

Hi,

I need some information regarding the support of Twain Protocol in Windows Vista.:

1.Whether TWAIn protocol is supported by Windows Vista OS.

2.If supported is there any advantage provides by Vista for TWAIN.Please inform in details.

3.If TWAIN protocol is supported whether it is mandatory for Twain Data source to support the WHQL certification.

It will be of great help if I can het this information.
