RESULT IN GRID PANEL ?

From database explorer isn't possible obtain the result of a store procedure in a grid panel ?

From Object Explorer in SSMS/SSMSE you can right click a table and then click Open Table.

From Server Explorer, and I assume Database Explorer in VS, you can right click on a table and then click Show Table Data.

Either one should get you a tabular representation of the table.
