Height of drill-down report with 4 groups doesn't respect InteractiveSize property settings

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 to develop SSRS reports for an ASP.NET application. I've got a drill-down report that has 4 groups. By default, only the first group is expanded. The problem is that the report does not seem to respond to theInteractiveSize.Heightproperty value that I have assigned. The report is being rendered as one long page even though I have set the Height property to 2.5 inches.

Other reports that I have authored do reasonably well at honoring the interactive height value. Is there a problem with drill-down style reports?
